Can I cancel my subscription?
Use Manage billing in your signed-in dashboard to manage the monthly plan, or email info@bemedresident.com from your account email to request cancellation. The billing portal shows the cancellation options and effective date for your subscription. The Interview Season Pass and 6-month plans are one-time payments with fixed access periods.
What happens after my subscription ends?
You'll return to the free tier. Free access is limited to 5 practice questions, up to 10 AI analysis runs, and 1 AI Answer suggestion; your remaining allowance reflects your prior free usage, and Premium use does not reset it. Your data and progress are saved, and you can upgrade again anytime.
Is the AI Answer feature worth it?
Premium includes unlimited AI Answer suggestions based on best practices, helping you craft stronger answers after the free trial allowance is used.
How does the refund policy work?
Request a refund within 3 calendar days of your initial purchase and before completing more than 3 AI analyses. Contact info@bemedresident.com with your account email. Approved refunds are returned within 5-7 business days.
